After initially offering more or less half the population $125 or 4 years of credit monitoring, settlement administrators were shocked. Shocked! to find out everyone wanted the cash, which quickly went from $125 to $1.25. So as to winnow out some of the more lazy claimants, they’re now !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to everyone who’s filed and chosen the money, asking them to now declare which service they’re using.

If you get this email, do respond to it, it’s not a scam (well, not a phishing attempt anyway.)

ADDENDUM : If you have already filed a claim , but not gotten an email, you can still go to the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and update so long as you have your claim number .

The settlement website told me my info wasn’t leaked so good for me I guess. Regardless, clearly a bad deal to set the monetary cap so low.
